I’m Traci, and like many people who fall in love with Amelia Island, my journey here started as a visitor. My husband and I spent several years coming to Fernandina Beach regularly before making the decision to call this beautiful community home in 2021. After carefully getting to know the area and everything it has to offer, we knew this was exactly where we wanted to be.

Before beginning my career in real estate, I worked in case management with Atrium Health and a local children services agency. That experience shaped the way I approach helping people today. I believe in listening first, guiding with patience, and making sure every client feels supported and informed throughout the process.

Whether you are relocating, searching for a second home, or looking to make a move right make a move right here in Northeast Florida, my goal is to help you feel confident every step of the way.

When I’m not working with clients, you will likely find me walking our dogs along the beach, practicing yoga, enjoying live music, or tending to my plants. Life on Amelia Island is something truly special, and I love helping others discover what makes it feel like home.
