Traci has proudly called Fernandina Beach home since 2021 after spending several years visiting Amelia Island before making the decision to relocate. Having once been in the shoes of someone learning the area and deciding whether to make the move, she enjoys helping buyers and sellers navigate the process with confidence and a clear understanding of what makes this community such a special place to live.

Before entering real estate, Traci worked in case management with Atrium Health and a local children services agency. That background shaped her client focused approach and strong communication style. Today she works with buyers and sellers throughout Fernandina Beach and Nassau County, guiding clients through each step of the process with patience, organization, and attention to detail.

Traci is actively involved in the local community as an Ambassador with the Nassau County Chamber of Commerce and as a volunteer with the Coalition for the Homeless of Nassau County. She is also a proud supporter of K9s for Warriors and the incredible work they do serving veterans.

Outside of real estate, Traci enjoys yoga, live concerts, caring for her plants, and walking her two dogs, Violet and Amelia, along the beach with her husband.
